YN-LQ80 Automatic Marble Filling Machine
Plenty of aerosol products contain marbles, some are made of steel balls, some are glass balls, and sometime plastic balls are also possible. In order to fill these marbles counted and rapidly, automatic marble filling machine is the correct option.
Technical Description:
Marbles are seen mostly in industry aerosol products, like WD40 spray, anti-rust spray, mould release spray, paint spray, spinneret spray, carburetor cleaning spray etc. The main purpose is to mix the solvents and ingredients fully before spray. Marble filling is originally done manually by operators, working in a very low efficiency, and easily wrong quantity of marbles are filled. So an automatic marble filling machine with a very reasonable investment cost is expected to replace this non-technical manually filling work.
This new designed and improved automatic marble filling machine is the third and latest version from us. All material marbles are workable, no matter glass ball, steel ball or plastic ball. Marbles sorting hopper, counting unit and filling head are integrated into one working bench, an indexing system makes can in-feeding and ball taking in synchronous and it has the feature of no can no marbles filling. Variety of ball can be filled by changing a ball counting structure, which is a simple and easy changing over work by nut loosening-tightening, even can be done by a teenage kid.
Marble counting and filling is separately controlled, they can be one key switched on or off in a second. So if a production line is running normal aerosol products no need marbles, cans are only indexed through the machine. It is pretty flexible for contract fillers who are making different products based on orders.
Machine is packed into wooden box as whole set assembled, when customers receive the machine, only need to supply compressed air to the machine, a simple work like plug-in and play, no need any complicated adjustment or assembling work.
